You will support the Store Manager, manage shifts during peak hours, uphold food safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction through strong leadership and hands-on management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience in a fast-casual, quick-service, or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on management style with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
