Job summary

Eataly in Dallas is seeking a Restaurant Service Lead to support the Restaurant AGM with the day-to-day operations of our full-service restaurants. You will serve as a on-floor leadership presence, monitor guest and team member service, and coordinate with restaurant support staff.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, knowledge of steps of service, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Understanding of steps of service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or associate degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a steady leadership presence on the floor daily, monitoring guest, food and team member service
• Ensures exceptional service standards are consistently met and that activities are carried out effectively
• Inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Purchases supplies, beverages and equipment as per the direction of the Restaurant AGM
• Assists with administrative and operational duties as needed
• Documents, investigates, escalates and resolves all employee and guest incidents
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
