Job summary

Eataly Dallas is seeking a Server to coordinate the service station and work with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Greet guests, present menus, explain specials and allergens, take orders via POS, coordinate with hosts and kitchen staff, pour wine and beer, stock stations, and assist with cash register duties. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of server experience
• Fine dining experience is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present them with the menu
• Inform guests of specials, menu changes, and allergies
• Receive orders from guests and relay to kitchen staff using a POS system
• Coordinate stations with hosts, table support, kitchen staff and bartenders
• Present, open and pour wine and beer when serving guests
• Assist with stocking work stations and resetting used dishes
• Assist with cash register at counter-service restaurants
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
