Job summary

Responsibilities include pre-shift prep, guest guidance, accurate orders, coaching new hires, and collaboration with kitchen and bar teams, resolving concerns to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, ideally in a hotel/restaurant setting.
• Rapid, engaged demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Descriptive selling ability and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.

Role Overview

As Lead Server, you will represent our restaurant's service standards, train new staff, and ensure guests receive exceptional experiences.
