Chick-fil-A restaurant seeks a capable leader to manage operations and a team of 20+ people. You will receive one-on-one coaching from a senior leader and help develop business plans while contributing to a positive, people-focused culture.

You will lead initiatives to improve operations, customer service, and food quality, working with other leaders to set goals and ensure consistent execution. Sundays off and flexible scheduling support work-life balance.
