Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required; High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in fine or upscale dining or resort environments.
• Understanding of menu creation, food, beverage, and labor cost controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage outlet operations with passion, integrity and knowledge.
• Hold daily staff meetings and manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coach and discipline staff and coordinate exit processes; participate in hands-on restaurant operations.
• Monitor guest service, safety, cleanliness standards, and manage special events.
