Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Manager, Responsible Sourcing to lead the Sensitive Supply Chains program and drive upstream traceability for global ingredients.

You will collaborate with Global Supplier Management, R&D, Legal, brands, and suppliers to mitigate risks in our supply base and enable credible communications. You will develop leadership-ready updates, manage plans and stakeholder input, and represent ELC in external coalitions to advance responsible sourcing across

Qualifications

• Experience in responsible sourcing, sustainability, human rights, and/or procurement.
• Experience with supply chain traceability systems and KPI reporting.
• Ability to engage suppliers and internal stakeholders on upstream due diligence expectations.
• Experience with NGOs, industry initiatives, and multi-stakeholder collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELC’s Sensitive Supply Chains program execution and provide leadership updates.
• Advance upstream traceability by coordinating with service providers and multi-stakeholder platforms.
• Engage ingredients suppliers on responsible sourcing and promote certified ingredients where applicable.
• Assess sustainability and human rights risks across priority supply chains and support verifications.
• Develop leadership-ready updates and manage project plans and stakeholder inputs.
• Represent ELC in external coalitions to share best practices and drive improvements.
