Job summary

Net Point Labs seeks a sharp, empathetic Legal Lead Response Specialist to support law-firm client campaigns. This is a remote, independent-contractor role (1099) with performance-based compensation, and you will be the first human contact for inquiries.

You will respond quickly, collect required information using approved workflows, document interactions in the CRM, and help eligible prospects move to the next step, while protecting confidential information and adhering to compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong phone presence and excellent written communication.
• Experience in lead follow-up, call center, sales, customer service, client engagement, or legal intake.
• Able to handle high-volume inbound lead follow-up.
• Detail-oriented with CRM documentation.
• Able to work independently and manage follow-up responsibilities.
• Professional, empathetic, and persistent without being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new web, phone, and text inquiries.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and compliant text/email follow-ups to individuals who have requested information.
• Speak with prospective clients professionally and empathetically.

Net Point Labs is seeking a sharp, empathetic, and highly responsive Legal Lead Response Specialist to support law-firm client campaigns.

You will be the first human point of contact for people who have submitted an inquiry online. Your role is to respond quickly, build trust, collect required information using approved workflows, document each interaction, and help eligible prospects move to the appropriate next step.

This is a remote, independent-contractor opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, coachable, and motivated by performance.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to new web, phone, and text inquiries
• Make outbound follow-up calls and send compliant text/email follow-ups to individuals who have requested information

Compensation & Engagement

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Exact compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
