Overview

We're looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) to support a U.S.-based legal team and guide prospective clients through the initial intake process.

You'll work primarily with warm leads, building trust, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and keeping them engaged through the intake process until they're ready for an attorney consultation. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication and relationship-building skills with empathy and confidence in sensitive conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming warm leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Conduct follow-up and check-in calls with prospective clients throughout the intake process.
• Build trust and rapport through natural, empathetic, and conversational communication.
• Address questions, concerns, and objections while clearly communicating the value of the firm's services.
• Keep prospective clients engaged and guide them toward scheduling an attorney consultation.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, lead details, and follow-up activities.
• Manage client information and pipeline updates using CRM and communication tools.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• +3 years of experience in customer service, client intake, lead conversion, sales, or relationship-building roles.
• Experience handling objections and guiding conversations toward a clear next step.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning CRM, legal intake, and communication platforms.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with legal intake, law firms, family law, or professional services.
• Familiarity with tools such as Lawmatics or Dialpad.
