Novant Health in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Lead to supervise daily operations in the Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Department. You will oversee clinical care delivery and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires an associate degree, NBRC-registered, and current RCP licensure in the state. Prior supervisory experience in acute care is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum of two years as RRT in acute care setting.
• Registered by National Board of Resp Care, required.
• Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required.

• Supervise day-to-day activities in the Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Department.
• Administer all aspects of respiratory care services per policies.
