Novant Health in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Lead to supervise daily operations in the Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Department. You will oversee clinical care delivery and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires an associate degree, NBRC-registered, and current RCP licensure in the state. Prior supervisory experience in acute care is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.

The Respiratory Therapist Lead is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities within the Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Department. This role has the ability to administer all aspects of respiratory care services in accordance with current policies and procedures to patients of all age groups.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BS/BSRT preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years as RRT in acute care setting, required. Previous supervisory exp, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered by National Board of Resp Care, required. Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required.
