Job summary

North Central Baptist Hospitals, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks a Respiratory Therapist Lead to supervise staff, coordinate respiratory care, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires Texas licensure, NBRC CRT/RRT certification, and at least 1 year of experience in respiratory care. Supervisory experience is preferred; benefits accompany this full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited AMA Respiratory Care program.
• 1 year of respiratory care clinical experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RCP State of Texas License and NBRC CRT/RRT Certification required, renewal every 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise respiratory care staff in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Provide respiratory care to patients and maintain equipment.
• Participate in staffing decisions, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and competency plans.
• Respond to emergencies and document care provided.
