Job summary

The role includes staffing, performance monitoring, and ongoing staff development under the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work in high-stress environments while maintaining compassionate communication with patients

Qualifications

• ACLS, NRP and PALS certifications required within 90 days.
• Associate degree required.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or RRT/RCP or NBRC-RRT credential required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Respiratory Care team and supervise operations.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and productivity; monitor performance and safety standards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in processes and patient care.

Skills

ACLS within 90 days

Neonatal Resuscitation within 90 days

PALS within 90 days

1 year of experience
