Job summary

Terranea is seeking an Engineering Painter 3 to repair, maintain, and replace cosmetic materials across indoor and outdoor spaces, aligning with resort standards. You will assist in other Engineering areas as needed and work under the Paint Supervisor and Chief Engineer.

The role requires knowledge of paints and applications, plus the ability to supervise a team and coordinate with housekeeping. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly base pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a commercial/residential painter.
• Knowledge of at least 2 trades within the painting field.
• Familiarity with different paints and their application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of painting equipment.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize materials, tools, and workspace for daily tasks.
• Supervise and coordinate with the Paint Supervisor and Chief Engineer.
