Job summary

ChangePoint Integrated Health seeks a Lead Residential Technician to supervise and train staff providing care in Hospital/Crisis Stabilization Unit/Group Home settings. You will promote proper record keeping, coordinate transportation, and lead a team in a therapeutic environment to support client growth.

The role requires CPI, CPR & First Aid certifications, one year of behavioral health experience, and an Arizona driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher, or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• One year of Behavioral Health experience is required.
• CPI certification, CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Arizona Driver's License is required; must be 21+.
• Drug-free workplace policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Residential Technicians to deliver direct patient care.
• Administer restraints and seclusion with assistance when needed.
• Maintain incident logs, patient records, and program documentation.
• Provide direct care, monitor daily activities, and promote safety.
• Participate in quality management and safety improvement activities.
• Coordinate transportation and act as care coordinator for clients.
