Job summary

Today you will lead staff training, monitor health and welfare, arrange transportation and community activities, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 2 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year related experience.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises residential staff, schedules activities and plans work.
• Ensures staff training, certifications, and documentation are current.
• Coordinates access to medical and behavioral health services for residents.
• Develops and monitors individualized service plans.
• Maintains safe, healthy, person-centered living environments.
• Provides transportation to appointments and community activities.
