Oak Street Partners Ltd. is seeking a dependable Property Maintenance & Renovation Supervisor to manage maintenance technicians and coordinate third‑party contractors across a portfolio of residential rental properties in Northeast Ohio.

Competenze
- 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, construction, property rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Experience leading maintenance employees, supervising tradespeople, or coordinating contractors.
- Knowledge of residential maintenance, renovations, and general construction.
- Familiarity with property management software (Buildium).
Mansioni
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.
- Oversee third‑party contractors for larger renovation projects.
- Inspect properties and create scopes of work following guidelines.
- Coordinate project schedules, access, materials, and logistics.
- Identify issues and delays and work with contractors to resolve them.
- Ensure work is completed to scope and quality before final payment.
