Job summary

Delta Community Supports seeks a qualified leader to manage day programming services and Community Participation Supports in Drexel Hill, PA. You will oversee admissions, transitions, and regulatory compliance while advancing the agency’s mission and values.

You will supervise staff, coordinate budgets, and build community partnerships to promote inclusive activities for individuals with disabilities. Strong leadership in a service-centered setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a master’s degree or higher with at least 1 year of direct experience with persons with intellectual disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ related supervision experience also acceptable.
• Associates degree with 4 years’ supervision experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall plan for the center in collaboration with the Director of Community Living.
• Supervise admissions, documentation, and transitions for adults and older adults.
• Ensure compliance with funding, licensing, and regulatory requirements (ODP regs).
• Establish community relationships to support inclusion and activities.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budget, expenditures, and generate required reports.
• Promote safety, quality improvement, and ethical conduct.
