Job summary

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Direct Care Supervisor to oversee a Residential Community Home with Direct Care Staff for the Monroeville, PA area. The role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring quality care for individuals with special needs in a residential setting.

The Direct Care Supervisor role includes the daylight shift (7 am to 3 pm) with one evening shift per week (3 pm to 11 pm) and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in human services or related care fields.
• Must obtain Medication Administration Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Lifting/moving up to 200 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff in the residential community home.
• Oversee care for individuals with special needs and assist with caregiving as needed.
• Maintain documentation including fire drills, progress notes, and medication records.
