Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two or more years’ experience with people with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with staff and individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Observe and respond to individuals’ physical, social, behavioral and personal needs.
• Provide supervision to ensure health and safety.
• Assist with personal care, daily routines, meal prep and household tasks.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community sites.
• Attend agency events, workshops and trainings.
