Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Current First Aid/CPR and Professional Crisis Management certification.
• Valid Florida driver’s license in good standing and a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully satisfy required background screening.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, safety, and quality of an assigned residential home.
• Supervise, coach, train, and support Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure shift coverage.
• Promote health, safety, dignity, rights, and independence of residents.
• Ensure Support Plans and related services are implemented.
• Coordinate medical appointments, transportation, and supports.
• Monitor medication documentation, incident reports, and program records.
• Maintain compliance with Attain policies and licensing requirements.
• Participate in Support Plan meetings and collaborate with families and professionals.
• Help maintain program budgets, resident funds, and a safe home environment.
• Be available for program needs, including weekends and other hours.
