Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; trade school/plumbing program preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior technicians is a plus.
• Experience with service software (e.g., Service Titan) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing service calls from diagnosis to completion.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Be on-site point of contact for customers and deliver clear communication.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers.
• Organize daily workflow, tools, materials, and scheduling.
• Identify complex plumbing issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards and procedures.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Accurately document work performed and parts used.
