Job summary

CJS Heating & Air, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Technician to install, maintain, and repair home plumbing systems while delivering outstanding customer service. You will handle toilets, faucets, water heaters, and fixtures with safety and quality in mind.

We value 7+ years of residential plumbing experience, strong troubleshooting, and clear communication. A company vehicle is provided, and ServiceTitan experience is a plus for coordinating service calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, installations, and repairs.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Work on toilets, faucets, water heaters, and general plumbing components.
• Perform common plumbing repairs and soldering.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Respond to service calls and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
