Formación

• Proven residential painting craftsmanship and prep skills.
• Ability to lead job sites and communicate with homeowners.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable working at heights.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality residential painting, preparation, finishing, and restoration work.
• Oversee daily job-site operations and keep projects on schedule.
• Work independently and with other painters and laborers.
• Lead and support crew members based on experience and readiness.
• Review work to ensure Tierney Painting quality standards.
• Communicate project progress professionally with homeowners.
• Organize daily workflows, materials, tools, ladders, and site needs.
• Follow safety procedures for ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work.
