Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a supervisory painting role.
• Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, tools and materials.
• Experience with stain color matching, glazing, specialty coatings, lime wash.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• Must have work tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily painting operations and manage a team of skilled painters.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including priming and finishing.
• Train and mentor team members on safety and best practices.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide updates.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Enforce safety guidelines on site.
• Assist in estimating project costs and timelines for bidding.
