Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial).
• Previous lead or supervisory experience on painting crews preferred.
• Proficiency in surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of paints, stains, coatings, and proper material selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and/or commercial job sites.
• Perform interior and exterior painting, including brush, roller, and spray application techniques.
• Prepare surfaces through scraping, sanding, patching, and priming prior to painting.
• Interpret project plans and communicate daily goals and expectations to crew members.
• Ensure quality control standards are met on every project.
• Manage job site safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely project completion.
