Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional painting experience.
• Previous experience leading a crew or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew of in-house painters on residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop new painters.
• Help recruit and grow the in-house painting team.
• Coordinate daily job site activities with the Operations Manager.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
• Inspect work for quality and address issues before project completion.
• Manage materials, equipment, and job site organization.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-first culture.
