Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Alexander at Stonecrest, a 262-unit community in Lithonia, GA. You will help maintain the property and deliver a high-quality living experience for residents.

This role supports on-site operations, performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit prep, with on-call duties and a focus on safety. Prior maintenance experience and basic electrical, plumbing, and painting knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
