Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Lead Service Technician to join our team at The Bailey in Durham, NC. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, perform move-in/move-out repairs, and uphold the property's upkeep to enhance resident experience and value.

This role requires hands-on work, strong organization, and a customer-focused approach. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential maintenance, EPA Type I & II and CPO certifications, and renovation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities.
• Renovation experience is preferred.
• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• CPO certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose problems and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances.
• Manage make-ready duties on vacant units and ensure timely turnovers.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and communicate issues to leadership.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain premises and ensure on-call coverage as needed.
