Job summary

Landmark Realty, LLC in Mission, KS is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance teams and ensure timely repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.

You will supervise and train maintenance and make-ready staff, manage appearance and compliance, and uphold safety policies while providing courteous service to residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Excellent leadership and communication.
• Proficiency with Computer and Microsoft Office; able to learn new programs.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and valid insurance.
• Must have general tools to perform maintenance tasks.
• On Call for emergencies.
• Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospects, coworkers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance staff in diagnosing problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances and related tasks.
• Supervise and train maintenance and make-ready employees.
• Review and oversee property appearance, curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory control and make-ready management.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely manner.
• Review safety procedures to ensure compliance by all employees.
