Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in residential HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems (installation, maintenance, diagnostics).
• Ability to inspire, coach, and develop technicians at all skill levels.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional homeowner experiences.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective presentation and training skills; comfortable leading team meetings.
• Confident, decisive communicator in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Familiarity with service management software and dispatch systems.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HVAC Technicians
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Drive division performance through goal setting, reporting, and team development
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase service, maintenance, and replacement opportunities
• Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to optimize scheduling and communication
• Improve efficiency through route optimization, workflow improvements, and technician performance tracking
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for residential HVAC systems, installations, and service
• Stay current with HVAC codes, regulations (EPA, local/state), and emerging technologies
• Ensure top‑tier service quality, system performance, and customer satisfaction
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and technical expertise
