Job summary

Fisher Plumbing, Heating & Air in Conneaut Lake, PA, is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to own projects, lead crews, and deliver five-star workmanship.

You’ll mentor apprentices, install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductwork, ensure code compliance, and educate customers while maintaining clean, safe job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading a crew.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation crews.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, boilers, and air handlers.
• Install and modify ductwork.
• System start-up, commissioning, and customer education.
• Training and mentoring apprentice installers.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Ensure installations meet company standards and local codes.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience.
