One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Springfield is seeking an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in high-quality work, lead by example, and value professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer care, we want to hear from you.
You will lead installations from start to finish, install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, mini-splits, IAQ products, mentor apprentices, ensure safety and code compliance, and deliver our Always On Time… Or You Don't
Qualifications
- 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience.
- Sheet metal fabrication skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ products.
- Mentor and train apprentice and junior installers.
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles.
- Deliver the “Always On Time… Or You Don’t Pay a Dime!®” customer experience.
