Job summary

Spurk HVAC in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to lead our residential installation team. You will own projects from preparation to startup, mentor apprentices, and deliver top-quality workmanship while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires experience with gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ductwork. EPA 608 cert is required; valid driver's license.

Qualifications

EPA 608 Certification is required.
OSHA 10 Certification is preferred.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Experience leading installation projects or serving as a senior installer is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own residential HVAC installation projects from prep to startup, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, ductwork, and related equipment.
Supervise apprentices and junior installers, mentor teammates, and enforce safe work practices.
