You will lead projects, coordinate timelines, inspect workmanship, and ensure each install meets company standards while building homeowner trust from start to finish.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required or equivalent.
• Experience supervising HVAC installation projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and leadership mindset.
• Residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Boiler experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential HVAC installation projects from start to completion.
• Provide technical guidance to installers and oversee equipment placement/wiring.
• Verify proper system operation and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Inspect finished work and address concerns to prevent callbacks.
• Mentor and train less experienced technicians on site.
