Job summary

Fisher Plumbing, Heating & Air in Conneaut Lake, PA is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to manage installation projects from start to finish, mentor crew members, and deliver five-star workmanship.

You will lead residential HVAC installations, install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductwork, coordinate with customers, and train apprentices in a fast-growing, faith-driven company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading a crew.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation crews.
