Moyer Total Indoor Comfort in Kutztown, PA is seeking a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer to coordinate residential HVAC installation projects from arrival to completion. You will provide technical guidance to installers, oversee equipment placement and wiring, verify system operation, and ensure company standards are met.

You will inspect work, address concerns before callbacks, and communicate with homeowners throughout the installation process.

Qualifications

EPA Certification is required.
Experience supervising HVAC installation projects.
Strong organizational skills.
Positive team-oriented attitude.
Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred.
Boiler experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate residential HVAC installation projects from arrival to completion.
Provide technical guidance to installers and oversee equipment placement and wiring.
Verify proper system operation and ensure company standards are met.
Inspect finished work and address concerns before callbacks.
Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the installation process.
Mentor less experienced technicians through hands-on training.
