Moyer Total Indoor Comfort in Kutztown, PA is seeking a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer to coordinate residential HVAC installation projects from arrival to completion. You will provide technical guidance to installers, oversee equipment placement and wiring, verify system operation, and ensure company standards are met.

You will inspect work, address concerns before callbacks, and communicate with homeowners throughout the installation process.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• Experience supervising HVAC installation projects.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Positive team-oriented attitude.
• Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred.
• Boiler experience is preferred.
