Job summary

Spurk HVAC, LLC. is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installation Technician in Pittsburgh, PA to own installation jobs from start to finish and guide junior installers. This role reports to project managers and represents the company at customers’ homes.

You will install furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, ductless systems, and IAQ equipment, ensuring high-quality work, safety, and customer satisfaction. Requires EPA 608 and valid license; OSHA 10 preferred.

Qualifications

EPA 608 Certification is required.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working in attics, basements, crawlspaces and rooftops as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead installation of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, ductless, IAQ).
Manage job site preparation, layout and site clean-up.
Mentor and supervise apprentices or junior installers on-site.
Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on-the-fly solutions.
Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Complete system start-ups and customer walkthroughs.
