enCircle in Bedford, VA is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our group homes. This role requires driving and involves paperwork, medication review, and coordinating medical appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School or GED or 6 months in Human Services.
• Pass CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri with weekends/evenings as needed.
• Driving record requirements per policy (see posting).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of group homes.
• Assist with paperwork, medication review, and ISP implementation.
• Schedule and provide coverage for open shifts.
• Ensure medications are available and dispensed correctly.
• Coordinate medical and dental appointments and MAR checks.
• Provide transportation per agency procedures.
• Conduct monthly supervision and staff trainings.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency drills.
