Job summary

Acme Providers, Inc. is seeking a Residential Group Home Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a Greensburg/Jeannette area home. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance for an IDD residence.

The role requires 2 years in a House Manager/Team Leader position, a valid driver’s license, and clear background checks, with on-call rotations weekly and weekends. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and a 401K.

Qualifications

2 years work experience working as a House Manager / Team Leader, Residential Manager in the IDD Field.

Responsibilities

Maintain positive working relationships with all levels of Acme Providers Team members.
Supervise staff and ensure they are performing their duties in a timely and professional manner.
Manage the budgets and finances for the home and develop strategies to reduce costs.
Schedule and coordinate events at the home, such as parties and other special occasions.
Ensure home is clean and properly maintained.
Maintain and update records for the home, such as maintenance logs and inventory lists.
Handle administrative requests in a timely manner.
Implementing the ISP's as written, coordinating and completing assessments.
Facilitating regulatory requirements for ODP licensed homes.
Required to be weekly on call for your required home, and weekend on call rotations
as needed
Other related tasks as per ODP compliance.
