Job summary

Acme Providers, Inc. is seeking a Residential Group Home Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of a Greensburg-area home. You will supervise staff, manage the home’s budget, coordinate events, ensure cleanliness and compliance with ISP and ODP requirements.

The role requires 2 years in a House Manager/Team Leader capacity in IDD, a valid license, and background clearances. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits and a competitive wage of $23/hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years work experience as House Manager/Team Leader in the IDD field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must pass required Clearances / Criminal Background Checks.
• Must completed initial orientation training and Program Specialist orientation.
• Must have a Physical and TB test completed upon hire.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with all levels of Acme Providers Team members.
• Supervise staff and ensure they are performing their duties in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the budgets and finances for the home and develop strategies to reduce costs.
• Schedule and coordinate events at the home, such as parties and other special occasions.
• Ensure home is clean and properly maintained.
• Maintain and update records for the home, such as maintenance logs and inventory lists.
• Handle administrative requests in a timely manner.
• Implement ISP's as written, coordinating and completing assessments.
• Facilitating regulatory requirements for ODP licensed homes.
• Required to be weekly on call for your required home, and weekend on call rotations.
