Job summary

Rappahannock Area Community Services Board seeks a dedicated residential support professional to assist in a Supervised Apartment Program or Group Home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role provides care, coordinates services, monitors medication, and supports residents toward personal goals in a 24/7 setting.

You'll collaborate with staff, schedule appointments, document in electronic records, and maintain safety and compliance with licensing and accreditation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the Behavioral Sciences.
• Experience in residential treatment programs for intellectually disabled adults.
• Valid Virginia driver's license; First Aid/CPR certification.
• Training in THEROPS and Medication Management.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising residents and staff in a group home or supervised apartment.
• Administers or oversees medication management and maintains related records.
• Transports residents and coordinates services with providers.
• Documents progress notes and updates Individual Service Plans.
