Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Electrical Contractor License, Qualifying Residential or Higher Classification.
• Hands‑On ServiceTitan experience with the ability to manage daily service operations independently.
• Experience with residential electrical service and troubleshooting.

• Oversee Daily Residential Electrical Service Operations
• Lead, Support, and Develop Electrical Service Technicians
• Utilize ServiceTitan for service operations, scheduling, job tracking, and reporting
• Monitor technician productivity and department performance
