Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Electrical License required.
• Strong residential electrical service background.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, permitting, and safe work practices.
• Ability to coach and oversee department performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of residential electricians and service technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the electrical department.
• Promote safety, accountability, professionalism, and customer service.
• Ensure work complies with codes and company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support in the field.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct ride-alongs and coaching sessions to improve performance.
• Document work, repairs, and services performed.
• Address customer concerns and resolve escalated issues.
• Identify growth opportunities for the department.
• Maintain a professional, positive work environment.
