W3Global in Raleigh, NC is seeking a licensed residential electrician to join our top-tier team. You will diagnose, install, maintain and repair electrical systems in customers' homes, read blueprints, and guide clients to informed decisions.

This role requires 5+ years of experience, an active NC license, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel extensively (about 80% field work). We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active NC Electrical License required.
• Fully licensed electrician; journeyman or apprentice-only not eligible.
• Minimum 5+ years electrical service experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and guide customers to informed buying decisions.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints; perform general electrical maintenance.
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace equipment, wiring, or fixtures.
• Inspect and maintain circuit breakers and transformers; ensure Code compliance.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
• Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers.
• Follow the National Electrical Code and state and local building regulations.
• Track repairs and work completed using trade software such as ServiceTitan.
• Engage with customers to explain the issue, solution, and outcome, and recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
• Travel extensively in the field, with the role requiring approximately 80% field work and 20% inspection/quality control while working with county inspectors.

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active North Carolina Electrical License. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Must be a fully licensed electrician; journeyman or apprentice-only candidates will not qualify.
• Minimum 5+ years of electrical service experience.
• Previous Service Manager experience is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity and ability to perform field-based electrical work.
