Job summary
C&R Electric Inc is seeking a Residential Project Manager to lead new residential electrical construction from planning to completion. This role will own projects, manage schedules, materials, and field teams, and coordinate with builders and inspectors to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
The position requires travel up to 30% and a Maryland Journeyman license, with a competitive salary and annual bonus potential.
Qualifications
- Extensive residential electrical construction experience.
- Thorough working knowledge of the 2023 NEC.
- Direct experience reading and interpreting blueprints and plans.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for travel.
- Proven ability to manage materials, schedules, and documentation across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Mark off and lay out precise electrical installations for new residential homes.
- Schedule and coordinate daily workloads for field crews to meet deadlines.
- Prepare, order, and distribute house-specific bills of materials to job sites.
- Review, track, and process billing documentation for completed site work.
- Coordinate daily with home builders, inspectors, suppliers, and management.
- Ensure all field work is completed safely, efficiently and per codes.
