Job summary

C&R Electric Inc is seeking a Residential Foreman to lead new residential electrical construction from planning to completion. You will coordinate materials, layouts, and field crews to meet tight timelines while upholding safety and quality across multiple sites.

Requires extensive residential electrical experience, thorough NEC knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and a Maryland Journeyman license with a clean driving record for travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive residential electrical construction experience with NEC knowledge.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and residential plans.
• Valid driver's license with clean record for multi-site travel.
• Proven ability to manage materials, schedules, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating builder communications with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Mark off and lay out precise electrical installations for new homes.
• Schedule and coordinate daily field crews to meet timelines.
• Prepare and distribute bills of materials to sites and crews.
• Review and process billing documentation for completed site work.
• Coordinate daily with builders, inspectors, suppliers, and management.
• Ensure field work complies with codes and safety standards.
