Gilder Search Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical project operations in Maryland, Baltimore area, with a privately-owned contractor focused on quality and trust.

The role covers end-to-end project oversight, working closely with field teams, managing schedules, budgets, safety/compliance, and client relations to ensure successful on-time completion.

• Minimum 5+ years in electrical project management or equivalent.

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Schedule, labor, personnel, logistics
• Site visits, customer interaction & safety/code compliance
