Job summary

Unshakable Builders, Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction operations on assigned Raleigh, NC job sites. You will lead field teams, manage subcontractors, enforce safety policies, and ensure quality throughout all build phases.

The role requires strong scheduling skills, Buildertrend proficiency, and a valid state license. You will maintain daily logs, document progress with photos, and drive on-site organization from foundation to move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven residential construction site leadership experience (custom homes preferred).
• Strong scheduling, trade coordination, and quality control capability.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend and mobile documentation/photo uploads.
• Knowledge of OSHA practices and jobsite safety enforcement.
• Valid state license (as required) and clean driving record for company vehicle eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations to keep the project on schedule.
• Coordinate deliveries, staging, access, and jobsite readiness.
• Identify risks early and communicate solutions to the Senior Project Manager.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies and maintain clean, secure jobsites.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors and trade sequencing; ensure compliance with site rules.
• Maintain quality control throughout all build phases and address deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain Buildertrend daily logs, upload milestone photos, and ensure timely labeling.
• Log leftover materials and schedule returns within 48 hours of phase completion; follow two-step verification for material purchases.
• Close out projects with complete punch lists and move-in readiness; protect company assets.
